If your books haven't been touched in a few months (or years!), we usually charge a one-time onboarding or cleanup fee to get everything accurate and "tax-ready." Once we have a clean slate, your flat-fee monthly subscription begins. We’ll always give you a firm quote for cleanup before we start.

Because annual tax complexity varies by business, year-end tax preparation for your 1120-S or individual return is billed as a separate, transparent fee.
